<description>What we find most interesting is that we have different communities following us via our blog RSS feed, our email newsletter, our Facebook Fan page, our Twitter page and to a lesser degree myLinkedIn page. Can&#039;t stress enough what I have learned over and over in my studies and use of social media - it&#039;s about providing value to potential and current customers so that your message is a welcome interaction and not an unwelcome interruption.

Great post Jennifer!
