3 more ways to tell your story

As we close out March and this month’s series, I want to share with you 3 more ways to tell your story. These final three, as are all of our 21 ways, are simply launch points for your journey in memory keeping.

1. Create more stories. Scrapbooking is a record of your life, but your life itself is the story. Memory keeping should never get in the way of making memories!

2. Listen closely. How often do you pause and really listen to your family and friends? Make listening an integral part of your process to reveal new depths to each story.

3. Share your time. When we spend quality time with our loved ones, we talk about the past, present and future. Being mindful of your time will enhance your opportunities to pass on your stories.

As you craft your storytelling approach, I think its important to keep these approaches close to your heart. Through focusing on meaning as a mechanism, we’ll set ourselves up for happier and more productive scrapbooking.
