I so love browsing galleries and seeing all the amazing works of art created by the scrapbooking community! In this edition of Fab Five, I have five pages all in a fairly clean and traditional style. Any could be scraplifted by paper and digital scrappers alike!

1. And So It Begins by busy.butterfly – You must read the journaling on this heartfelt page. The photo matches the story perfectly, but the whole package is very subtle and focused on the story.

2. My Schedule Right Now… by kshenkar – The title work, and there are several titles, on this page is simply fun and amazing. I love the clever use of the calendar ledger paper.

3. Surprised? by elisamayn – The photo on this page is just priceless, but I love most that the artist took time to also tell a story behind this child and this time in his life. An excellent simple page!

4. Mama’s Boy by Allison Waken – The excellent composition and fun title work first caught my eye and then I noticed the outstanding photo that really tells the rest of the story!

5. Rollerblades by zwyck – The 6 bright and cheerful photos made this page jump out of the gallery. This page makes great use of space, sharing huge images with plenty of room for journaling.

“Fab Five” is a series of occasional posts that highlights trends, themes or styles in scrapbooking with five outstanding pages.
