During last week’s Finally Get Organized class, I shared a lot of details of my own organizing process and systems. Reading so many stories from students, about their own journey to organization, inspired me to film a short video. In this clip, I share my new system for organizing supplies for paper scrapbooking.

Yes, my stash is fairly minimal and I really enjoy that. As someone who scraps both traditionally and digitally, it allows me the freedom of flexibility without getting bogged down in excess stuff.

Drawer System Details

I purchased the Sterilite 4 Drawer and 5 Drawer Storage Carts at Target for $50 total. (Online only allows you to buy the narrowed one in a pair.) Both include easily-attached wheels for rolling from space to space.

My drawers were labeled as follows:

  • patterned paper
  • cardstock
  • project kits
  • large tools
  • basic tools
  • alphas
  • embellishments
  • stamps & inks
  • punches & mists

Whether your stash fills a room or is small like mine, hopefully there were some tips that will help you continue the process of getting and staying organized!
