Celebrate DSD by Giving Back

I spent a lot of time thinking about what to offer Simple Scrapper readers for Digital Scrapbook Day, which is always the first Saturday in November. With such a flurry of hot deals and huge freebies, I didn’t think I would serve you well with just another special offer.

Instead, I’d like to extend an invitation.

In 2009 I started a project called Scrappers Give Thanks. The idea was to unite the online scrapbooking community in the holiday spirit each fall. We’ve delivered cards so that soldiers can write home and messages of hope to sick children. This year, we’re doing it again.

We are all so blessed to be able to afford spending time and money on our hobbies, preserving our memories with Instagrams from our phones and creative new scrapbook supplies. In honor of Digital Scrapbook Day, I’d like to invite you to volunteer.

This year we are collecting simple tutorials for memory keepers of all kinds. Think basics, like how to re-size a photo, add .png word art to your digital page, or clean your stamps. I know, for 100% certain, that you know something you could share.

Please, click here, and volunteer to share a short, simple tutorial for Scrappers Give Thanks. Then, share this invitation with your friends.

Did you find this post helpful?

We believe simple is not how your page looks, but how your scrapbooking hobby works. We have a free workshop called SPARKED and it is the best way to learn more about Simple Scrapper and start creating consistently.
