    Wow, today is a great day to post this! I had to read #3 Too fat to be photographed.

    I just posted a picture of me and my grandson on my blog today…and I was cringing over how I looked. But I love the look of love on his face – for me!

    “Taking Control of Overwhelm”–I had to read that one right off the bat. I often feel overwhelmed when it seems that all parts of my life are spiraling out control and I can’t focus on anything. I immediately did the exercise–writing out these feelings on paper–and I can already see ways that I can head off this overwhelm. Great post!
