There is a lot of chatter on the blogs, boards and Twitter about Project 365. Yesterday, I posted that I too would be joining in to snap a photo each day of 2009. So what is all the buzz about?

The idea, popular in both the photography and scrapbooking communities, boils down to one concept: capturing your life. By taking photos every day, rather than only at big events, you preserve the memories of daily life. The beauty is that its so simple and takes just minutes a day. Project 365 is even easier than that diet!

Now don’t forget to make this project what YOU want it to be. Some will scrap a page a day, a week or a month. Do what’s comfortable and doesn’t add stress to your life. Shoot daily, but keep it simple! Over the year we’ll check in with your progress and offer more tips for the project.

We believe simple is not how your page looks, but how your scrapbooking hobby works. We have a free workshop called SPARKED and it is the best way to learn more about Simple Scrapper and start creating consistently.
