Whom do you scrap for?

1185110_walk_bunny_walkUnderstanding your motivation is super-useful for getting scrapping juices flowing. Some of us scrap for ourselves, for our children or for future generations to come. Maybe its a combination or none of those reasons at all.

I definitely scrap with the next generation in mind, but I enjoy reflecting on my stories so much too! To whom are your stories addressed…whom do you scrap for? Has your motivation changed over the years?

I started out scrapping for posterity, documenting major events. Now it’s about half that and half theraputic scrapping now.

For me it is a bit like keeping a diary but it all started when I wanted to preserve the memories of my son who at 3 suffered a serious medical event.
