It is OK to let go of unloved supplies

Simple Tip Saturdays are all about giving easy ideas for you to grab and run.

I was reading this great article today on How to Have a Successful Garage Sale, which got me to thinking about decluttering my own craft stash.

We’re having a garage sale in just a few weeks and in it, I will be including quite a bit of yarn, craft and scrapbook supplies. When I was sorting through these boxes, at first it was hard to consider getting rid of any of it.

But then I thought a little harder, I realized that I would enjoy my projects so much more being surrounded only by supplies I love to pieces. For extra consolation, I told myself that if I truly missed something that its alright to go out and buy new.

Today I want to encourage you to be OK with letting go of scrapbook supplies you no longer love. Give them away or sell in a garage sale and feel the freedom that follows.
