Fab Five: Weddings

by | Scrapbooking Ideas | 2 comments

Weddings are those events that almost seem too special, too precious to scrapbook. We don’t want to mess it up and we don’t want to take away from the beauty of the photos. In these five fabulous pages, you’ll discover how to document the stories behind the simple moments of a wedding.

1. The Dress by iheartart
This page uses a lovely cluster and one fairly neutral color to contrast with the photo and story of the artist’s wedding dress.

2. Down the Aisle by RachH
I love how ‘real’ the artist was in sharing a challenging decision related to her wedding and how she used the wedding photo for context.

3. Introducing by chemekimmi
The artist did a wonderful job her using themed products to coordinate, but not take away, from the photo and story of her rain-soaked entrance.

4. I Thought I Loved You then by MichMc
It’s so sweet to see how this artist connected a photo from yesterday with a story from today.

5. I Will…I Did by ChristaLP
This page uses modern products with a vintage feel to compliment photos from the past.

Honorable Mention
I try to only include pages in Fab Five that have journaling and this one only has a poem, but it is so beautifully done I had to share.

I carry your Heart by Aleksandra Gadji

These are great designs. However, I love the design of “I though I loved you then…” However, the best pick when it comes to journaling is “I carry your heart.”
