2021 Book Club Selections

Did you know 2021 will mark the sixth year of the Simple Scrapper Book Club, the only non-fiction discussion group exclusively for scrapbookers? With each selection, we seek to apply the author’s wisdom to improving the hobby we love so much.

If you enjoy books about self-improvement, creativity, happiness, and storytelling, this is the club for you. Here’s what we have planned for next year:

January | Atomic Habits by James Clear
Build a stronger foundation for your year with this simple, transformative framework.

February | Study Group
We’ll discuss implementing lessons learned from Atomic Habits and other selections.

March | The Lazy Genius Way by Kendra Adachi
Learn how to finally get your life organized in an approachable, perfection-free way.

April | Study Group
We’ll discuss implementing lessons learned from Atomic Habits and other selections.

May | Share Your Stuff, I’ll Go First by Laura Tremaine
Practice vulnerability and storytelling with beneath-the-surface prompts in this memoir.

June | Study Group

July | Tender at the Bone by Ruth Reichl
Celebrate the deep connections between food and our life’s journey in this memoir.

November | Plan a Happy Life by Stephanie Fleming

We release a discussion guide for each selection. Our Book Club meetings take place in the My Simple Scrapper community. Many of our members are avid readers, so there is also always ongoing conversation about what else we’re reading!
