One template, many looks

Scrapbooking Ideas

Last month I shared a free digital scrapbook template that would quickly become one of my post popular: Template Zora. I think scrappers have a thing for wonky paper strips!

Since then, I’ve seen this template pop up in the galleries more than any other. Today, I wanted to showcase some of those layouts and how one template can be used with a variety of kits and scrapping styles.

I love how Nikki tucked lots of little ribbons in between the papers in Pacie.

In Last Club Sandwich, Martuska’s composition was so well balance and totally fun!

02

Ariane, in Figura, was super clever in her journaling placement.

03

Julie totally maxed out on pattern papers in My guy – love it!

04

In Sarah is 4, mmbstaley used fewer shadows to give the page a hand-colored look.

So, tell me, how have you dressed up Template Zora or another one of Simple Scrapper’s freebies?

I’m guest posting over at Complete Organization Solutions today. I’ll be popping in over there about once a month to offer great memory keeping solutions. In this post, I share 8 simple tips for stress-free photo organization. Check it out and let me know what you think. What other topics should I cover over on Tanna’s blog?

Great job Carol! That little extra bit of journaling at the bottom totally makes the LO!

Somehow I missed that template…I love what everyone has done with it!

Jennifer, I popped over and read your tips on organization. I could definitely put a few of those in practice to make my life easier. I’m wondering what your preferred method of backing up is. I have 2 EHD’s mirroring each other (DH is the technical one, not me)…however, at the rate that I take pictures, I’m going to have a closet full of EHD’s in the next few years! I do burn dvd’s and use my flickr site as well. Having said all that, my EHD hasn’t backed up to the other one in a few months because it is full and I haven’t burnt dvd’s since May! I know what I’ll be doing over the Thanksgiving holiday!

I have my photos on Flickr as well – so I feel secure on those. I worry most about my digi supplies, since those are only on my EHD and on Mozy. My internal HD is too full/small for any digi stuff to live on it. I really need to back up the EHD weekly to another computer here.

I have one EHD that is Mac formatted and another than is cross platform – so I can’t seem to get one to sync to the other.

I would love to get this template.
I signed up for your newletter by email because I was supposed to get access to the archives. I found the archives but can’t find this template…. can you point me in the right direction.
